Golfclub Alta Badia

The high-altitude alpine course of the Alta Badia Golf Club is situated at the heart of the Dolomites, on the foothills of the Marmolade and Sassongher.

It is one of the highest altitude golf courses. Michael Green, the Scottish green-keeper, did himself credit in planning the layout of this course. The technical skills required for the course are as impressive as is harmony with the surrounding landscape; is many narrow fairways and tricky greens pose a major challenge to all players. But in the midst of the magnificent Dolomite scenery, and bungled the-off or lost putt only seems half as bad as anywhere else.
