Golfclub Dolomites
The Dolomiti Golf Club of Sarnonico is situated on the alpine plateau of Nons valley, deep in the heart of some splendid scenery.
The course, which is located at an altitude of 900 m, has existed for nearly ten years. The new 18 hole course will be open to golfers from 2004 onwards. The panorama is grandiose: a view of the Maddalene mountain range is the North, and of the Brent massif in the South.
Its undulating terrain is a real challenge, and due to ist relatively high technical standard both professional golfers and amateurs will enjoy playing here. In the cosy atmosphere of the clubhouse, hospitality is the name of the game. Historical and cultural heritage are to find anywherein this area, which was a favourite golfing destination of the Habsburgs at the turn of the last century.
